Application Forms
- Application forms for library services can be downloaded here. (A4 size)
- If applications are submitted after 5:00 pm on weekdays / on weekends / on holidays, they will be processed on the following weekday or later.
- Prior application is required for using rare books, photographing of materials by library users, publication, broadcasting, or exhibition of materials from our collection. Without prior application, materials will not be available. Please refer each page for the details.
