University Library for Agricultural and Life Sciences offers parcel book delivery service.

Eligible UTokyo Member
Students in the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences / Faculty of Agriculture who have difficulty in visiting University Library for Agricultural and Life Sciences
- Students who have overdue materials can’t apply for this service. Please ask us for returning.

Books located in University Library for Agricultural and Life Sciences
- Location on UTokyo OPAC: Agr.Lib.General / Agr.Lib.Old Reg.J. / Agr.Lib.Old Reg.F / Agr.Lib.Old Cln / Agr.Lib.Censuses
- In-library use only books, large size books, and books in a bad condition are excluded.
Number of Books
Up to 3 books per request
Reception Period
From August 3, 2020 until the day to be determined
- Reception period can be changed depending on the situation.
Due Date
3 weeks after the shipping date
- Books can be renewed 1 time if there is not a reservation made by another user. If you renew a book on MyOPAC, the loan period extends for two weeks counting from the next day.
Postage
The university covers the delivery postage.
How to Apply
Please fill out the application form.
Books will be delivered by postal mail. The Library don’t send you a confirmation e-mail.
- When applications reach the maximum number we handle, the reception can be temporarily closed.
- It can take a while to receive the books because the service is operated by limited number of staff. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Returning
- If you can visit the library by the due date, please return the books at the library.
- If you have difficulty in visiting the library by the due date, please contact us.
